Day 1
Guhagar beach and water sports
Guhagar beach, which is only 5 km from the Shantai resort in Guhagar, is prominent for adventure water activities. When at the Guhagar beach, enjoy a broad spectrum of adventure activities such as jet skiing, bumper tube ride, snorkeling, and waterfall rappelling, among others. For families with kids, a boat ride on the coast can add a thrilling experience to your vacation.
Hedvi Ganesh Temple and Beach
Located at a distance of approximately 20 km from the best resort in Konkan, Shantai by the Lake, Hedvi Ganesh Temple is also known as Dasabhuj Ganesh Temple. Constructed during the rule of Peshawar, the temple is beautifully carved from white marble.
Note: Hedvi beach is not suited for swimming, and any attempt to take a dip must be avoided
Bauman Ghal Hedavi ( Natural Fountain)
Bauman Ghal is a natural gorge that is about 35 feet in length, 2 feet wide, and 20 feet in depth. Because of the canyon, this place attracts many tourists who visit here to trek while enjoying the water being sprinkled on them when trekking.
Note: It is recommended not to visit this place during monsoon. Any attempts to trek could be fatal as the rocks become slippery.
Velneshwar seashore and Temple
A virgin beach that is less-crowded, Velneshwar seashore is surrounded by coconut groves and overlooks a crescent-shaped horizon. Visit this beach to experience its serenity and, at the same time, feel your heartbeat. Also situated on the beach is Velneshwar temple that is as old as 1200 years old. Gopalgarh Fort

Day 2
Ganpatipule Temple
Flanked by the unpolluted sand on one side and an evergreen range on the other, Ganpatipule Temple is the holy place of Lord Gajanan. Frequented by hundreds and thousands of devotees from different corners of the country, this place is a pilgrimage center as well. Legend has it that The Ganapati idol at the Temple sprung up from the Earth four centuries ago. Ganpatipule Temple is within 2 hours drive from our resort in Konkan belt.
Ganpatipule Seashore Activity
A cadre of activities at Ganapatipule seashore is sure to get your adrenaline pumping. Various adventure activities that you can participate in include water scooter, motorboat, paragliding, pedal boats, aero boats, banana ride, snorkeling, and more. Ganpatipule beach is approximately 53 km from the Shantai resort in Guhagar.
Prachin Konkan Theme Park Museum
One of the best tourist attractions in Ganpatipule, Prachin Konkan theme park museum, is best suited for groups or families. Nestled amidst nature, the museum tells the evolution of Konkan over the last five centuries. On reaching the main gate, the folks are divided into groups, and each group is assigned a guide to take you through each artifact, explaining to you in detail one by one. It is located approximately 52 km from our resort in Konkan.
Thiba Palace
Among several tourist attractions in Ratnagiri City, Thiba Palace is popular. Being the residence of Bramhadesha’s King Thiba, Thiba Palace, alongside the entire kingdom, was captured by the British army in 1885. In 1919, King Thiba died at the age of 58. Thiba Palace is a 2 hours drive from our resort in Ratnagiri district. Visit the palace to know its history in detail.
Jaigarh Fort
Jaigarh Fort overlooks a bay where Shastri River and the Arabian sea converge. On arrival at the fort, you will find the ruins of the fort with the outer walls still standing tall. The fort has a Ganapati Temple, a palace and a well to store water. It is located at a distance of 34 km from our resort in Guhagar.
Jaigad lighthouse
Located atop a hill, Jaigad lighthouse offers a panoramic view of the beautiful landscape. Situated within one and a half-hour drive from our resort in Ratnagiri, Jaigad lighthouse is a must-visit for anyone who prefers mountain scenery.
Day 3
Murud Beach
Murud beach is ideal for families who like to spend some quality time on the shore. Also, close to the beach is a temple where they can seek blessings. Guests can participate in a plethora of water activities on this beach. If you are lucky, you might spot dolphins on this beach and what better sport than having fun with the most beautiful aquatic creature, dolphins.
Karde Beach and Dolphin Rides
Sandwiched between Ladghar and Murud beach is another famous beach Karde beach, which is also popular for dolphins. If you are a family with kids, your kids are going to be super excited at having a chance to play with the playful dolphins. Kade beach is situated approximately 51.7 km from our resort near Guhagar beach.
Anjarle Beach and Ganesh Temple (Kadyavarcha Ganpati)
Located close to the mouth of Jog River, Anjarle beach is a small village in Dapoli. There is also a Ganapati Temple in its vicinity called Kadyavarcha Ganpati. Anjarle beach is clean and not frequented by many people, for many are simply not aware of it. Visit the beach and enjoy the pleasant sound of the roaring waves making their way towards you.
Day 4
Parshuram Mandir
Parshuram Mandir is a heritage temple located on top of a hill. Enjoy the panoramic view of nature while you seek the blessings of Lord Parshuram, the sixth avatar of Vishnu in Hinduism. There are two ways to get to the temple. We recommend only leading by steps. It only takes 40 steps to climb, and you are at the temple. While climbing the steps, don’t forget to taste the local food and drinks.
Govalkot cric ride and Crocodile Safari
There is not much written about crocodile safaris on the Internet yet. Situated in the small town of Chiplu is a small village Maldoli where tourists, who have heard of this place visit for crocodile safari. Hop on the motorboat and set on exploring crocodiles and the wetland birds—this place best suited for nature lovers who like to explore and revel in the beauty of nature.
